Паста проводниковая серебро-палладиевая предназначена для заполнения переходных отверстий в сырых керамических лентах ЛСК для обеспечения надежного соединения золотых и серебряных слоев в смешанных системах Ag-Au. Совместима с сырыми керамическими лентами по АЯСП.07622667.001-011ТУ.
