Особенности работы системы

Гальваническая металлизация отверстий на этапе прототипирования печатных плат обеспечивает прочное сквозное основание для последующих впаиваемых элементов. Для этого используются отдельные химические и электрохимические процессы. Система LPKF Contac S4 представляет собой компактную установку, в которой совмещены эти этапы.

Внутри системы размещено 6 ванн, через которые последовательно проходит прототип. Благодаря этому наносится достаточно слоев, чтобы укрепить отверстие. Все слои плотно соединяются между собой, образуя единый медный проводник. Аппарат подходит для многослойных плат.

Всего Contac S4 способен обрабатывать до восьми уровней. Соотношение диаметра отверстия к сечению платы допустимо 1:10. В приборе предусмотрена оловянная ванна для дополнительной защиты поверхности и облегчения последующей пайки.

Рабочий процесс

Для нанесения гальванического покрытия не нужно быть химиком. Система оснащена сенсорным экраном с понятным интерфейсом. Встроенный мастер пошаговых действий планомерно подведет пользователя к нужным функциям и настройкам. Многие параметры прибор подбирает самостоятельно на основе введенных данных.

Процесс нанесения меди ведется на анодной пластине, а металл подается импульсно и поступательно, поэтому осаждается на поверхности платы однородным слоем. Последующая активация углеродом и продув мощной струей воздуха удаляют из отверстия все преграды. Все слои образуются с единой толщиной, без бугорков, выемок, и надежно соединены с легкой подложкой.
