Полное описание

LPKF MultiPress S представляет собой систему, предназначенную для спрессовывания многослойных печатных плат из твердых, гибких, твердо-гибких материалов и СВЧ-материалов.

В процессе работы устройство быстро нагревается до 250°C, распределение давления происходит с одинаковой скоростью по всей наружной части пресса, обеспечивая таким образом одинаковое спекание материала.

Система LPKF MultiPress S за счет адекватной теплоизоляции и правильно функционирующего термоотвода делает возможным сокращение фаз нагрева и охлаждения до необходимого уровня. В итоге процесс не отнимает слишком много времени.

До 9 разнообразных временных и температурных профилей, а также профиль давления могут быть запрограммированы во внутренней памяти системы.
