Настольный LPKF ProtoLaser ST гарантирует высокую скорость работы и обработку широкого диапазона материалов. Компактное устройство используется для изготовления прототипов сложных цифровых или аналоговых, микроволновых или радиочастотных плат из распространенных материалов.
LPKF ProtoLaser ST гарантирует точность обрабатывания и параметры плат с лазерным травлением. Способствует производству одно- или двусторонних многослойных плат за несколько минут. Подходит для изготовления антенн и фильтров, прочих приложений с точными параметрами.
CircuitPro – программное обеспечение для автоматизированных систем или механизмов с ЧПУ. Целью ПО является подготовка сведений и управление печатью плат. Эта регулирующая система готовит подложки для дальнейшего обрабатывания посредством LPKF ProtoMat. Автоматизированные камеры гарантируют точное размещение перфорированных и вырезанных плат. Высокоточный станок LPKF ProtoLaser ST также используется при изготовлении многослойных плат. Наличие вакуумного стола позволяет разместить и закрепить гибкие подложки из фольги и других материалов.
Для адекватной работы LPKF ProtoLaser ST необходима лишь подача сжатого воздуха и источник питания. Преимуществом станка является компактные размеры, экономичное потребление электроэнергии, оснащение гранитным основанием. Лазерный станок соответствует классу лазера 1, прочие меры безопасности не применяются.
