Особенности станка
- Высокоскоростные системы LPKF ProtoMat E44 обеспечивают скорость вращения шпинделя до 40 000 об/мин и высокую точность позиционирования инструмента, не уступающую LPKF ProtoMat серии S.
- При использовании станков этой серии ручная замена инструмента производится с регулировкой установки по высоте с помощью микрометрического винта и цанговой конструкции.
- Для управления работой фрезерно-сверлильного станка применяется программное обеспечение CAM LPKF CircuitPro с широким набором настраиваемых параметров и возможностью контроля процесса по большому количеству критериев. Программный комплекс имеет собственную библиотеку данных с параметрами.
- Для поддержки выполнения задач пользователем применяется камера, способная ориентировать проект по обнаруженным реперным точкам или характерным особенностям структуры. За счет ее применения станок уверенно фрезерует двусторонние печатные платы с выбором глубины реза. Пользователю выдаются рекомендации по настройкам оборудования после автоматического измерения.
- Для обработки печатных плат с двух сторон разработана система крепления с надежным позиционированием и фиксацией на рабочем столе. После переворота платы устройство проверяет ее позиционирование и настройки глубины реза. Плоттеры печатных плат LPKF ProtoMat E44 обеспечивают точность повторения и исполнения соответственно в пределах ±5 мкм и ±20 мкм при разрешении 1 мкм при выполнении операции фрезерования двусторонних заготовок.
